Each 4 week Camp is Only Dh800! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge Dh200 to Dh300 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

What you can expect:
One hour a day 3 days a week (Tue, Thur, Sun)
5:30am, 6:30am or 8:00am Start TimesExpected results when you complete camp are:

Personal Assistance is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by Jordan or Derrick Branford reaching your goals that much faster, and on your time! Training can be done using our facility or your home and/or gym. This is the best option when results are needed ASAP for Weddings, Events, Modeling shoots etc. 10 One Hour Sessions is Dh2500.00 at our Private Beach or Dh3000.00 at your choice of location such as home gym.
