In fact, nutrition is so important, that it is 70-80% of how you look in the mirror. Now, if you can combine proper nutrition and physical exercise, you will be ahead of the curve. Obesity and diabetes is epidemic in almost every country now. That’s not news; look around you everywhere you go. It’s Pathetic. Are we really less intelligent then our stomachs? Each meal plan is customized to YOUR body and goal. You will know your RMR (resting metabolic rate) your TMR (total metabolic rate), calories expended, calories consumed, macro nutrient breakdowns and more. But the most important part is that we do all the math for you. You just follow what foods in the amount we say to eat them, and your goals are obtained. It really is simple! We also work the foods you like (no not ice-cream) into the meal plans. Even if you’re a Vegan, we can still work magic. Well, it’s not magic, its mathematics.
